Halloween 2008

After much agonizing, Sarah decided to be Miley Cyrus (and not Hannah Montana). The original idea included a wig and a hat, although for some reason they were ditched at the last minute. I think she has star quality with the attitude!

Abby decided to be Queen Amidalah (instead of Hannah Montana) since she has long been a fan, and we had the costume available from Sarah last year (gotta love the costume re-use!). Daddy did the make up, which Abby quickly decided was too itchy to keep on. So right after the picture all the make up came off, but a few red dots went back on.

Drew had lots of fun this year! Last year he was not able to go out as he was sick with pneumonia, so this year he made up for lost time. He attended a party at our local YMCA and wore his Thomas costume, and tried to wear his spiderman to his preschool party (but the mask was a bit small and bothered his eyes), but Yoda got the top night! (And we did change the shoes after the picture). He tired early, but got plenty of candy while he was out.

And here is the whole clan. They had lots of fun in our new BIG neighborhood! Yoda (or Drew as he told me to call him) tired earlier than the girls. We got lots of exercise walking the neighborhood and ran into a few new classmates while we were out. Now we have LOTS of candy that we need to do something with because there is no way we should be eating that much candy!
